Quantum report services
The reports can be made via an assessment which can be done at one of our available clinics, at home or school/work place or if considered appropriate via video call (Skype, Zoom calls). Each report has an introduction to the case, details of the subjective and objective assessment and then a narrative of how conclusions have been made regarding what future programmes the Claimant requires. The cost of these are then assessed as per local services for the Claimant.
Our report services are designed to offer Solicitors what they need – no report is the same and each is dependent on what the individual case requires.
We also prepare abbreviated reports for those who require a less comprehensive assessment.
Liability, Causation and Breach of Duty reports
These reports for negligence cases will include analysis of actions and guidelines which were relevant at the time of the alleged breach. We are also experienced in dealing with Fitness to Practice cases.The team is well versed in preparation of these reports and navigating to analysis of any critical incidents.
