Anna Wilkinson

Anna Wilkinson is a Consultant Physiotherapist, she qualified in 2001. She has many years experience in hospital and community settings - both NHS and private practices. She has worked and managed both adult and paediatric teams across neurology and orthopaedic specialities as well as respiratory teams and is versed in rehabilitation with ventilation and NIV/cough assist. She has experience in delivering packages of rehabilitation in the short and longer terms. She has experience with hands-on treatment, hydrotherapy, electrical stimulation and the use of upper limb and walking robotics (exoskeletons).

She is well versed in assessing adults and children’s need with a huge variety of complex care needs and is skilled at providing detailed reports on the client’s needs for physiotherapy. Anna is an experienced Expert Witness and has completed many quantum and liability reports for claimant, defendant and on a single joint instruction basis. She has experience in conferences, joint calls and statements and giving evidence.


Rebecca Bancroft

Rebecca Bancroft qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000, she quickly specialised in neurological rehabilitation working in hospital and community environment. She is now a Clinical Manager for a multi-disciplinary team working with clients with neurological and orthopaedic injuries and conditions. She is highly experienced with packages of rehabilitation including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, use of robotics and technology including exoskeletons.

She has worked in the medico-legal field for 9 years with experience in quantum and liability reports for both claimant, defendant and single joint instructions. Reports have included those for spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, polytrauma cases which have neurological and orthopaedic injuries, catastrophic injuries, neurodegenerative disorders and functional disorders.


Liz Lambert

Liz Lambert is an Occupational Therapist with a background in adult and child rehabilitation in neurology and paediatrics. She has worked in stroke, orthopaedics and rehabilitation before working at Sheffield Children’s Hospital for over 14 years in a variety of departments including neurology, oncology, orthopaedics and hand injuries. She has worked privately with adults and children since 2009 and also works as a Case Manager since 2013 working with children and adults and puts care and rehabilitation packages into place. She works alongside multi-disciplinary teams putting equipment and adaptations into place.

She has been doing medico-legal work since 2010 and prepares reports on both quantum needs and breach of duty reports. She is experienced in the legal process and has prepared reports, completed conferences and joint statements and has appeared in Court as a professional witness.
